The user research phase for the Game/App involved surveys, interviews, and analytics to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for the game.
Design summits and workshops were held with stakeholders and subject matter experts over a 4 day period.
Basic wireframes throught to low-fidelity and hi-fidelity prototypes were created to test functionality, gather user feedback, and refine the user experience before development.
