In the Empathise stage, extensive user research was conducted to understand the needs of both patients and clinicians using the digital platform. Interviews, surveys, and observational studies helped identify pain points in existing hospital systems, such as inefficient data access and communication gaps. Insights gathered focused on ensuring seamless integration, secure data sharing, and an intuitive user experience, ultimately improving patient monitoring and clinical management.
Basic wireframes throught to low-fidelity and hi-fidelity prototypes were created to test functionality, gather user feedback, and refine the user experience before development.
