The app was co-created through workshops and testing sessions, bringing together teenagers and stakeholders to ensure it met user needs while aligning with business goals.
The ideation process for developing the app involved creative techniques like Crazy 8’s, where team members rapidly sketched different ideas to explore diverse concepts. Brainstorming sessions further helped refine features tailored to users’ needs. This collaborative approach encouraged innovation, ensuring the app was engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with the user's preferences.
The prototyping process for the app involved creating interactive wireframes and mockups to visualize key features and user flows. Low-fidelity sketches were developed first. Feedback from users and stakeholders helped refine the design, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience before moving into higher fidelity prototypes and then onto development.
