In the empathise phase of the redesign, user research was conducted and gathered insights to deeply understand the needs, challenges, and expectations of retirees and those planning for retirement, ensuring the new website provided clear, accessible, and user-friendly solutions.
Basic wireframes throught to low-fidelity and hi-fidelity prototypes were created to test functionality, gather user feedback, and refine the user experience before development.
